All tips given are confidential and proprietary to ITSLAYTIME.com. Subscribers agree that they shall not in any way divulge the tips given to any third parties. All selections sent to members are for members use only they must not be resold, used by you or another on a tipping service or tipping line, rented, leased or published in any form unless express permission has been granted by ITSLAYTIME.com. You agree to immediately notify ITSLAYTIME.com of any unauthorised use of the information we provide, or any other breach of security.

You are not allowed to remove or change any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right notices contained in the original material or from any material copied or printed off from the Site. You may not include or create links to or from the Site, without the granted permission of ITSLAYTIME.com

No responsibility can be taken for any loss, financial or otherwise from following any advice given either on this website or within any e-mails and we advise strongly that you should not bet more than you can afford to lose.

ITSLAYTIME.com accepts no responsibility for the failure of subscribers to provide correct email addresses.

ITSLAYTIME.com accepts no responsibility for the down time with service providers resulting in their failure to deliver tips to you, or Hardware and Software faults either of its clients or its own.

 
Any membership/subscription may be terminated by ITSLAYTIME.com, or you, as a subscriber, without notice. We will always endeavour to communicate the reason behind any termination before it happens, but their may be circumstances where this isn't possible.

No results can be at all guaranteed, all advice is given to the client to be used completely at their own discretion, and past results are not in any way a guarantee of future success.

Cancellation of membership will be solely the clients responsibility. You can cancel your subscription at any time just by loging into your Paypal account and choosing the ‘cancel subscription’ option or sending us a email subject PLEASE CANCEL MEMBERSHIP

You can cancel your subscription at any time prior to the end of the billing period. If you cancel prior the end you receive our daily advices for the whole billing period you paid for.

We do not provide refunds in full or in part for SPECIAL OFFERS over PAYPAL !
